Fuel the Dream SF is a youth-led nonprofit in San Francisco empowering underserved kids through free sports clinics, wellness, and scholarships. Founded by four student-athletes from the Mission District, we’re building confidence, community, and opportunity — one kid at a time.

WHY WE STARTED
We started Fuel the Dream SF because we saw how many kids in our community don’t get the same chances we had — to play sports, build confidence, and feel like they belong to something bigger.
We’re here to change that.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is simple: to give back and create a legacy that goes beyond high school — one that inspires, empowers, and uplifts the next generation.
ABOUT US
Youth-led nonprofit based in San Francisco,
founded by student-athlete Kingston Custodio-Uriza,
alongside his childhood friends Edwin Hernandez, Santiago Serrano, and Angel Zea —
all of who attended THOMAS EDISON CHARTER ACADEMY in the
Mission District together from Pre-K through eigth grade.

Now in high school, these young leaders are leaving their mark by starting a legacy rooted in faith, purpose, and community — empowering youth by giving back to the
neighborhoods that raised them.

OUR GOAL
Our goal is to raise funds that help underserved youth attend outside sports camps, leagues, and training programs they otherwise couldn’t afford.
Whether it’s a week at a summer football camp, a spot on a travel soccer team, or a season of club basketball — we believe no child should miss out because of money.
